Hello, I’m Paras Doshi, the founder of SPM PROPERTY BUYERS AGENCY and I’d like to share a bit about my journey and passion for real estate.

I hold a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Accounting degree from SP University India, where I also specialized in financial management at a prestigious institution. My academic background equipped me with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management.

However, my true passion has always been in the world of real estate. My wife and I would spend our weekends inspecting properties and researching local real estate markets, always on the lookout for our next real estate project. This passion ignited my property journey in 2015 when I purchased an older house, subdivided the land, sold the other block, and built my dream home.

From there, my journey accelerated as I acquired a 1000-square-meter block with a 31-meter frontage. I never looked back. Over the years, I ventured into various aspects of real estate, including commercial properties with reputable tenants such as Australia Post, renovation projects, and strategic land subdivision and sales.

To deepen my knowledge and expertise in property investment, I pursued numerous courses from renowned experts in the Australian real estate industry. These courses provided invaluable insights into the art of property investment, wealth creation, and achieving financial freedom.

Throughout my property journey, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of the Adelaide property market. I witnessed the downturn in the property market in 2008 and the remarkable property market boom during the challenging times of 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences have afforded me an intimate understanding of the local real estate markets, from the highest peaks to the lowest valleys.

I’ve learned invaluable lessons from my own costly mistakes, especially during land investments. These experiences have honed my ability to discern the right time to buy, the ideal locations, and the factors that drive capital growth.
